My name is Ty Parsons and I have been a licensed bodywork and massage therapist for over 12 years. Over my journey, I have worked in both medical offices and spa settings, and have had the honor of working on various peoples of different lifestyles, ages, identities, and professions. My name is Ty Parsons and I have been a licensed bodywork and massage therapist for over 12 years. Over my journey, I have worked in both medical offices and spa settings, and have had the honor of working on various peoples of different lifestyles, ages, identities, and professions. But the one thing that affects all of us despite our differences is discomfort. We all have it to some degree and it is my hope that I can help you live without it.

I am a firm believer there are three causes of discomfort: physical injury, emotional trauma, and a miscommunication between mind and body. We can have one or two of these, or we can have them all. Together I will help you figure out the culprit and determine a plan to get everything back on track.

I highly recommend Ty as the overall experience involving deep tissue work combined with stretching as part of the session was excellent! Ty was very professional by inquiring as to past injuries, focus areas and following up during the session. I was very pleased with our communications prior, during and after the session, his experience level and technique are solid. I look forward to my next appointment.

I have already told others. Ty is knowledgeable and a great communicator. He worked on problem areas. The whole massage was so relaxing. I slept better last night than I have been sleeping. Look forward to next time.

Ty did an amazing job as usual. I was dealing with some issues in my upper back and neck related to lifting weights, and Ty really spent a good amount of time working the tension in those areas out. I can turn my head from side to side without pain for the first time in two months. Glad you are back Ty, definitely plan on many future appointments for the great work that you do!
