I am a native of South Carolina graduating from the College of Charleston with my Bachelors of Science. I moved to St. Augustine, Florida to continue my career path and dreams attending the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences gaining my Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.

I lived in St. Augustine, Florida many years after graduation obtaining my certification in pelvic health, obstetrics, and lymphedema. I have continued my research and training in Pelvic Health, obstetrics, and breast cancer across the country over the past few years.

While in school, my mom was diagnosed with pelvic pain after being passed from doctor to doctor without any tests to explain her symptoms. It was that moment in time when I found myself compassionately interested in Pelvic Health within Physical Therapy. After going through a few Continuing Education Courses, I realized I too had experienced some pelvic pain and discomfort.

After a few courses, I found that a more holistic approach to wellness is the most beneficial choice towards pelvic health. I am grateful to have the chance to spread the word about the pelvis and to help people experience less disability around pelvic floor dysfunction.

This led me into the field of lymphedema and breast cancer treatment which has inspired me to make significant changes in females' lives who need it the most. I found that there are many women who weren't even receiving treatment after mastectomies or radiation treatment.

Currently, I am privileged to own my Women's Physical Therapy Clinic to make changes for those in need in order to decrease pain, dysfunction and even fear!

When I’m not embarrassing my friends and family by talking about vaginas, breasts or bowel movements, you’ll find me on the beach, offshore fishing, or spending time with my husband and family as much as possible.
