I believe that yoga should feel good—sometimes that means pushing through a new challenge; sometimes it means softening and finding stillness. Yoga is as much about the brain as the body, and I use yoga postures to help people find ease, strength, inspiration and health so that they can thrive in their entire life, whether that means standing up out of bed or racing for a gold medal. Together, we will move and breathe, and most importantly—you will learn how to use yoga to benefit your body and brain
