I was able to say at the very beginning that my back could take deeper pressure massages and then I never had to ask for a pressure change. Amanda worked out multiple knots for me and made sure I was comfortable. I arrived early and was able to get right in. I received a 90 minute massage and it was great! The room was lit with ambient lighting to help with relaxation. The soothing music was on but the volume wasn't too high. It felt very much like a safe space. Ample parking. Amanda will talk if you like to keep conversation or she will allow the massage to go on quietly. Definitely recommend!

My first time in to see Amanda after chronic issues with tension. I anticipated being sore the following day, but I feel a lot better. My neck and shoulders were in horrible shape. I will be scheduling my next appt and looking forward to it already.
