I enjoy helping others to feel their very best.  The mind body connection is a very important part in maintaining ultimate health.  Meditation brings awareness into your thoughts and emotions which can break the cycle of letting your thoughts get away from you and living more in the moment.  Experiencing the benefits of meditation, I wholeheartedly want to teach others how to meditate with the essential tools on how to get started. Meditation can benefit everyone. I have an approach for every age level and a wide range of exercises for meditation. Massage therapy is a wonderful way to listen to and tune into what your body is telling you.

The only reason no 5star; as with life, and in my life, there is always room to get better. I’d still give her 9/10 all day. Lori is amazing. Lori is very nice and caring; always wanting to help as we work on trying to ease many of my pain issues. She is great and i would recommend her for sure!
