Josh has had extensive experience working within a group environment and has created a strong sense of teamwork, while playing college football.  He later became a personal trainer, and has worked in the Virgin Islands as a massage therapist. All of this has prepared him to build and create a solid foundation of therapeutic skills for a broad spectrum of clients. His dedication to promoting individuals' personal success has driven him to develop synergistic relationships.

Josh is trained in Deep tissue massage, Myokinesthetic treatment, Swedish and Lymphatic drainage. He has a focused practice on sports massage and pain alleviation. He has been practicing massage for 13 years but it has always been a special interest for most of his life. After playing college ball and receiving several concussions, the interest turned toward self-treatment, which then became a lifelong journey into helping others.

Josh enjoys hiking, working out, spending time with friends and family and loves cooking and traveling.
