Ruben's journey and progression as a holistic healer began in 2009 with his formal education in massage therapy and continues with his pursuit of his degree in Exercise and Wellness B.S. at Arizona State University. Ruben continues to learn as much as possible to provide the very best care for his clients. Ruben's interests include but are not limited to the following; medical massage, therapeutic deep tissue (pseudo deep tissue), sports injury, trigger point therapy, migraine/headache mitigation, aromatherapy, prenatal, PNF stretching, energy balance, Swedish, Eastern Paradigm (shiatsu, acupressure, Tui Na), as well as reflexology. Ruben personalizes each session to facilitate best therapeutic results.
