For the past 7 years my massage sessions have focused on my clients needs, however I take the time to learn what their life's routines are so I can help them formulate a therapeutic plan.


 

This plan is to bring my client's massages from a reacting status to a pro-active status. I am certified in a wide range of modalities from Relaxing Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Therapeutic Massage which ranges from light to deep pressure. I am also trained and certified in Assisted Stretching...

I hope my clients can see that by committing to a small amount of time each month  with massage as a maintance tool, that tool can help them take life on and conquer the physical or emotional stress that might come their way.
