As a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their necks or backs but also relief with other ailments; including but not limited to sciatica, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, hip pain, headaches, and more.
With special techniques that I acquired through my training, I can not only provide you with pain relief, but also relaxation, comfort and peace of mind.
Relaxing tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bringing them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.
I am currently working on my certification for Health Coach so that I can help people not only by working on the muscles, but aid them in making conscious changes to their lifestyle and nutritional needs based on bio-individuality.
