Hello! I am a licensed massage therapist and DONA trained birth doula serving Sheboygan, Ozaukee, and Milwaukee counties. I graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage in 2015, and am a professional member of AMTA. I am also a member of Faithful Haven Collective. 

I believe that massage is an essential part of ones self care routine.I work slowly and with intention. I have a collaborative approach to reach the goals of my clients. I provide a relaxation massage that has therapeutic influences to ensure my clients leave feeling refreshed while getting to the root cause of their pain. I specialize in prenatal massage. Massage after the first trimester of pregnancy has many benefits and in most cases is safe until baby is born. I use side-lying position to ensure I can safely massage and help relieve any discomforts my client is having.
As a doula I ensure my clients have professional and evidence based information. My role as your doula is to ensure you are confident in your decisions for you, your body and your baby, as well as the confidence to advocate for those decisions. I enjoy working side by side with any other partner or labor coach you have in attendance at your baby's birth and am there to support, and help....never to replace anyone, or push my own beliefs or biases.
