Relaxing Massage

Hi, I'm Valora Barlow, I went to Pura Vida College of Massage Therapy in Cedar City, UT.  I love the preventative maintenance aspect of massage.  So many diseases are caused by stress.  The more each of us can do to manage stress, the better our life will be.  Massage is one way of dispersing stress in our bodies.  I enjoy hiking and being in nature. I love reading books and traveling accross the US.
