During a massage therapy session, I blend focused attention to areas of restriction and pain with long, nurturing strokes for a truly restorative and relaxing experience, integrating Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Facilitation/Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral Therapy. While my work encourages deep relaxation, the sessions are focused on significant therapeutic and remedial work, and each session is tailored to my client’s unique needs and goals to facilitate deep and lasting healing. I also offer full-length Craniosacral Therapy sessions and am a certified Usui Reiki Master and can incorporate Reiki energy healing in any massage session or as a stand-alone service. I look forward to working with you!

This was my first visit to an LMT for therapeutic massage. I was greeted warmly and impressed with the relaxing atmosphere provided by the therapist. The conversation prior to the therapy session was informative for both therapist and patient. During the session the skills of the therapist provided near immediate improvement relieving pain and tension in the affected area. Miss Christina was very professional, kind and skillful that resulted in a very positive outcome. I would recommend her to anyone needing this type of therapy.
