As a teenager I was injured in a car accident. As part of my physical therapy I received Deep Tissue Massage. It was there I fell in love with massage and it's powerful benefits. It seems to have finally come full circle as I begin my practice in a rehab clinic.

I attended Globe University-Moorhead. The education there was amazing, learning many modalities in order to tailor massage to each individual and their needs. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Geriatric, CranioSacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Traditional Thai, Spa Techniques, are all modalities learned during my time at Globe. I have been working with Essential Oils since I was a child, and incorporate them into massage daily. I am certified in Raindrop Technique (essential oils applied in a specific way), and am a Reiki III Master/Teacher.
