I am Licensed in North Carolina as an LMBT. I have training in Medical massage, Swedish, Pregnancy, Sports, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue massages and Lymphatic drainage massage. After graduating in 2014. I have trained in Medical massage and received my Medical Certification in 2015 through the Ralph Stephen’s program taught at the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City. I also certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage through Claire Marie Miller’s “Nurturing the Mother”. I often travel off-site to corporate offices and in order to work on “tech-neck” and upper cross syndrome, which are increasing problems among computer users. My specialties include; Medical massage, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy (Pre-Natal and Post-Natal) Massage; Sports Massage; Swedish Massage; Lymphatic drainage massage, and On-site Chair Massage.
My style of massage is a combination of several techniques that suit client’s needs for each session what helps clients with tension headaches, thoracic outlet, carpal tunnel and sciatica symptoms.
Having worked in both traditional office environments and as a stay-at-home parent, I have a strong interest in helping clients address the postural effects of everyday activities such as computer work, carrying young children, and frequent driving/commuting.
