She worked with INDUSTRY LEADER Spas in the Raleigh/Durham Area.  She became a licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist in 2014 and a Spa Owner of INDIVA Spa & Wellness since 2015.

She started INDIVA Spa and Wellness in Cary, NC to provide customized services and products to clients in the Triangle Area. People from all over seek her expertise from Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Chapel Hill, Clayton and Garner.

Thai Massage Therapist

Thai massage or Thai yoga massage is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The idea of Sen-lines alias energy-lines was first used as "Thai yoga massage". These are similar to nadis as per the philosophy of yoga by Gorakhnath. (According to Wikipedia) I created the Vitality Massage to blend modalities of Thai massage, and traditional massage for the most effective sessions. Our Serenity Foot Treatment includes Thai Reflexology.

I have been going regularly to Sahana for about 5 years. Since then, my back and neck soreness have gone away. She is very educated about the body and really knows her stuff. I don’t usually write reviews unless a business or person is exceptional at what they do. This is one of those rare times.
