Having worked in both traditional office environments and as a stay-at-home parent, Cynthia has a strong interest in helping clients address the postural effects of everyday activities such as computer work, carrying young children, and frequent driving/commuting.  In addition to a massage therapy license, Cynthia also earned a B.S. in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a concentration in Health Policy and Administration.

I’ve been coming to Moonshadow for years. Cynthia is professional and thorough. She really cares about the whole body and what aches and pains you are experiencing. She makes those connections during the massage and provides the relief I am looking for. My consistent monthly appointments with her help get me through the year without those annoying headaches. She’s friendly and creates a safe and welcoming environment so you can relax. I appreciate her and her abilities. She certainly knows what she is doing!
