1. What attracted you to a career in massage?

1. What attracted you to a career in massage?
Believe it or not but my friend was a massage therapist and I liked how she was her own boss! I also love helping people. Flexibility + Helping = Longevity
2. Which school did you attend and what certifications do you hold?
I attended Sterling Health Center in Dallas, Texas. It was a 500 hour program with 50 of those hours on strangers. The 50 hours ended up being my favorite part! I hold mostly therapeutic certifications like Advanced Deep Tissue, Kinesio Taping, and a precursor to Structural Integration. I also have many years of experience in Graston or IASTM but haven't done a course yet. IASTM, Prenatal, Chair, Orthopedic Hip, and Oncology Massage are the courses on my radar.
3. What techniques do you specialize in? What issues do you help improve?
I specialize in therapeutic modalities that help improve your range of motion, mobility, and decrease scar tissue and lactic acid. Recovering from surgery, athletes, and chronic conditions are other issues I deal with too.
4. Where are you available to provide massage?
I do house calls only right now but plan to have an incall location in Carrollton, TX. I travel up to 25 miles away from noon until midnight.
5. What hobbies and other interests do you have?
I love to be outdoors! Running, biking, and walking the dogs with my fiancé. I also love to read and watch TV series like Ozark and Queen of the South.
