I am a Licensed Massage Therapist graduated from PuertoRico Massage and Bodywork Institute and a Reiki Master. I also do Ayurvedic Treatments. I was trained at the Pancha Karma Department at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque New Mexico, where I worked as an Abhyanga Therapist, Shirodhara technician and extra treatments therapist. Currently I live and work in Puerto Rico.

On a session, I tend to swing around using my intuition, working with the technique that I feel better fits the client needs, from the profound energy of Flowers and Flower Essences, Plants, Aromatherapy, Colors, Massage Therapy, Craniosacral, Myofascial Techniques and many other things. My idea is idea is to connect with the wisdom we all have inside and allow it to show the path for well being, working with the emotions as well as the discomforts that they reflect physically on our bodies. 

Apart from massage, energy and bodywork therapist, I am a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. feel it is my foundation and my great love.

I can describe myself as a seeker and a finder, an apprentice and a teacher, a servant of love, a dancer of Spirit, a woman, a healer... My desire is to help people achieve their true nature: a joyful healthy life filled with love. My desire is to help you heal and find your inner healer as so many people have helped me and continue doing so for me. At this moment I have a beautiful little healing space called El Jardín de Sanación (The Healing Garden) in the amazing artisanal shop Marisel Herbal Bath & Body in Old San Juan. It is a loving space filled with the beautiful healing energy of flowers and medicinal plants.
