Lizzi specializes in using massage therapy to complement muscular-rehabilitation efforts and help clients overcome the chronic aches and pains caused by injury.  Providing a sense of calm and relaxation as they alleviate tension throughout the body.  However the ultimate goal is to facilitate holistic health and wellness without resorting to medications.  To ensure that she can address a wide range of potential concerns, Lizzi can employ specialized massage modalities depending on her client's needs.  Traditional Swedish, Esalen and Deep-tissue techniques target knots and areas of withheld tension, Myofascial release addresses the trauma caused by acute injuries, and Trigger Point therapy restores healthy muscular function while reducing inflammation in the surrounding connective tissues.  Utilizing these modalities, along with several others, allows Lizzi to help clients manage pain caused by anything from sleeping the wrong way or neuroma from repetitive movements.
