I became a licensed Cosmetologist in 1984, a massage therapist in 1998, and a Holistic Health Practitioner in 2014 and so Val's Beauty in Balance was born.  Helping people is my passion. It brings me so much joy to share my gift to the world.

I have been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1984 and in the spa industry since 1998 when I first began at the Golden Door and then at Cal-a Vie, where I assisted in management and directed as an intern. I've worked on many clients form around the world. I started my massage practice in 1998 as well as continued my education at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health as an Holistic Health Practitioner and started my business in 2014 upon completion. I have well over 3000 hours just in education.
