Welcome, and thank you for your inquiry.  Massage therapy has been a part of my life for 17 years in addition to owning a small cafe business for a number of years and being a 'professional' athlete.   I know mental and physical stress and what a difference bodywork can make in how we move through our life.  Moms, athletes, tradesmen, desk professionals we all have the need to get out of our subconscious patterns in order to reach or true potential.  I am a Deep Tissue Therapist by heart, naturally incorporating neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release and trigger point therapy within this.   I also practice Swedish Massage, sports massage, reflexology, and I have a knowledge of Shiatsu and Ayurvedic medicine and I live my own life in belief of the bodymind connection.  My practice is based on listening to each individual clients needs and tailoring each session to their specific desire.
