My name is Mackenzie Griffin, I was born and raised in Cape Coral. As a child I always wanted to help people. I listened to my friends and always loved trying to help them. I have always thrived helping others and had a healer mindset. Anatomy was my favorite subject in school. After a year in college, I realized I wanted a career that I could help people and I wanted something hands on. I researched Massage Therapy and decided this fit with who I am. After graduating from Florida Academy Massage School, I went right to work at Complete Cranial Relief, where I worked for several years and gained my clientele. I was shocked when the owner decided to close and knew I had to open my own place before my clientele went somewhere else. So, this led me to opening my own business; SWFL Massage and Wellness.

I let her know about my knee replacement, she was very gentle with it. I told her my issue with a pinched shoulder nerve or my sore muscle, she did her best to work it out and I felt great after leaving her.
