I started work as a massage therapist because I love being able to help people! Craniosacral Therapy

I am currently working on Craniosacral therapy certification with Upledger Institute. I have completed CST1 and CST2 and will continue working with SER or Somato Emotional Release therapy. Craniosacral therapy is a form of body work that involves the central nervous system. It's excellent for helping with chronic pain, inflammation, migraines, anxiety and depression to name a few things. Everyone should experience Craniosacral therapy!

First and foremost, Jael listens! She focuses intently on what your symptoms are and why you are there. She then focuses intention on your treatment. I felt shifts in my physiology while on the table that are continuing as I go through my week.
