Performed sports massage for an ultra marathon trail runner from 2018 to present - pre and post as well as onsite massage during the race.

Sports/Event Massage - 2018 & 2019

Chair massages for the public and disabled athletes for the Robin Hood Association and EMS personnel and family members at the Queen Mary Station Mother’s Day event. Pre and post sports massages for athletes at the Moose is Loose run, First Responder's Half Marathon and Coronation Triathlon in Edmonton.

Post race massage - volunteer massage therapist

Ironman Canada August 2011 - performed basic post-race sports massage to race finishers and acted as triage for first aid tent.

2 years working for Mobile Massage YEG - Performed 60 and 90 minute in-home massages, including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping and pre-natal massages. Also performed worksite and event chair massages 15 to 20 minutes in length

Sports and Injury Physiotherapy Clinic - RMT

Complemented physiotherapy by providing clients with 30, 60 and 90 minute therapeutic massages, including working with MVAs, trigeminal neuralgia, frozen shoulder, sports rehab injuries and overuse injuries, and workplace overuse injuries.

5 months working in a spa environment with a focus on 60 and 90 minute couples massage - also provided 60 and 90 minute massages to address sports and workplace overuse injuries. Most notable experience was working with a client with fibromyalgia. Performed Swedish, therapeutic, pre-natal and deep tissue massage.

Also experienced in on-site chair massages for corporate wellness. Specialties include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, TMJ massage, joint play and passive stretching for increased range of motion and joint flexibility, dynamic cupping and applied reflexology for massage therapy.
