Lorel is a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapy program. She is also is a Certified Reflexologist, having obtained her certification with the Therapeutic Reflexology Institute's 200 hour program. As a seasoned age group triathlete, marathon runner and community level coach, along with 18 years at an ergonomics consulting firm, Lorel gained valuable exposure to understanding human anatomy, common injuries, and health and wellness strategies. This experience, combined with a desire to help others, ignited her passion for Massage Therapy.

Lorel has a passion for nature, spending her non-working days running, biking, hiking or camping in the mountains with her husband, Marc.

Lorel is a full member of the National Health Practitioners Canada.

Performed post-race sports massage to athletes at the Edmonton Marathon

Ultra Marathon Athletic Massage Therapist

Performed sports massage for an ultra marathon trail runner from 2018 to present - pre and post as well as onsite massage during the race.

Sports/Event Massage - 2018 & 2019

Chair massages for the public and disabled athletes for the Robin Hood Association and EMS personnel and family members at the Queen Mary Station Mother’s Day event.
