Lorel is a graduate of the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapy program. As an age group triathlete and marathon runner since 2009, she experienced the benefits of massage therapy first hand. As a community level coach and history working at an ergonomics consulting firm, she developed a strong understanding of human anatomy, common injuries and general stress reduction techniques. Lorel is a graduate of the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapy program. As an age group triathlete and marathon runner since 2009, she experienced the benefits of massage therapy first hand. This eventually ignited her passion for Massage Therapy and a desire to help clients achieve their optimum health and wellness goals. She currently enjoys practicing both relaxation and therapeutic massage with a focus on client education for self care strategies. Lorel a full member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and is working toward her certification in Reflexology.
In her spare time, Lorel enjoys staying fit through hiking, multi-sport and yoga and also loves cooking, travelling and continued education for both special interest and developing her skill set.

2 years working for Mobile Massage YEG - Performed 60 and 90 minute in-home massages, including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping and pre-natal massages. Also performed worksite and event chair massages 15 to 20 minutes in length
Sports and Injury Physiotherapy Clinic - RMT
Complemented physiotherapy by providing clients with 30, 60 and 90 minute therapeutic massages, including working with MVAs, trigeminal neuralgia, frozen shoulder, sports rehab injuries and overuse injuries, and workplace overuse injuries.
Full service salon & spa - RMT
5 months working in a spa environment with a focus on 60 and 90 minute couples massage - also provided 60 and 90 minute massages to address sports and workplace overuse injuries. Most notable experience was working with a client with fibromyalgia. Performed Swedish, therapeutic, pre-natal and deep tissue massage.
