However currently, I have seen that my style is best suited for (but not limited to) individuals who are experiencing stress or who are constantly exposed to stressful environments. I not only enjoy creating a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for my clients, but I also enjoy being a part of their support system too.  

If you are looking for a gentler approach, have trouble sleeping, starting your pregnancy journey, or need some help with tension (but don’t necessarily like deep pressure), I may be your therapist as well.

A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA. I’m first generation Mexican American. In my spare time, I love going to the beach, swimming, doing puzzles, and play Animal Crossing. My favorite quote of all time: “nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care” – Theodore Roosevelt.

Sindy was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I came for the medical massage because of a work injury. She assessed my symptoms and adjusted the massage accordingly. She recommended some movements and adjuvant therapies to me - which I highly appreciate - and even showed me visually what had happened to my body. I would highly recommend her.
