I have been working with people and their bodies for over 20 years.  I knew at a young age this would be my passion. 20 years of my career have been as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant specializing in strokes, amputees and chronic pain.  For 18 years I have been a massage therapist (Master Body Worker 1000 hours) as well.  I have found the combination of these disciplines to be very helpful in assisting people heal their mind, body and spirit. Spending most of life as an athlete and enduring the pain of significant life changing injuries I understand the importance of our bodies to need to maintain balance and joy in our lives. My mission is to assist and educate people in maintaining the most movement, strength and pain free lives they can lead.  Sessions usually consist of various techniques to customize each treatment to the individual and their needs for that session or series of sessions. VHMT (Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy), Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Foot bone work  are some of those techniques. I work with clients who are recovering from illness or injuries, suffering headaches or Migraines, have been sedate for some time and are resuming activities, as well as clients who slept wrong and have kinks, training for sports or just want to maintain good balance in their mind, body and spirit.
