Most of my life has been about caregiving.  I have been a daughter, a mom, a wife and a great employee for most of it.  Now is the time when I can translate that giving of care into an experience that enriches my life as well as the lives of others.  Massage therapy is an outlet that helps me channel energy, thoughts and feelings into making a better world.

Being a military and law enforcement wife, I have a heart to help in the healing process for those who serve.  So many of our service members & First Responders face debilitating PTSD both during and after service, Many suffer alone.  I believe that a healing touch and understanding attitude can go a long way to bringing peace back into their lives.  We should all care for each other.

I had no idea this place existed until I received a gift certificate as a gift. It's rather unsuspecting from the outside, but the inside was super clean, and the ambiance was calm and relaxing. The temperature was perfect, and the therapist as accommodating to my specific needs.

I really liked the way she talked with me about my health and previous experiences with massage during the intake. I was comfortable in the space during the massage. It was so relaxing! I enjoyed it so much, I already booked my next appointment!
