I graduated from the massage therapy program at Harrisburg Area Community College and I also completed the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Siri Neel Kaur Khalsa in 2012. I am currently working towards my certification as a Master Herbalist. I have a thorough knowledge of both anatomy and the energetic systems of the body.
