Jon Garrett, LSU Biology Graduate since 2013, has over 16 years experience in massage and soft tissue therapies. Much of his experience has involved therapy for pain management and improved wellness. He will blend the modalities that he has learned (including Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Myofascial release) to aid in your recovery or rejuvenation.  Jon likes to enhance the therapeutic process by educating clients about muscle function and by encouraging consistent at-home therapies that can promote or maintain healing.
