Central Oregon and the city of Bend provided year round adventures to keep them both active and outdoors.

I really appreciate that Jonathan took the time to research my condition before the massage - I think this helped him direct his efforts in a way that got real results - pain that I have been dealing with for months finally found relief. I also appreciated the fact that Jonathan gave me "homework" and walked me through exercises that will help me maintain the progress we made.

See above. I’ve had 100s of massages in my life and Jonathan was the best. Deep tissue, he worked all my problem areas. He’s very knowledgeable; I appreciated the exercises and stretches he recommended to me.

Discussed what he found during the massage that was tight and needed more work. Afterward showed me different things I could do to work the areas in my own. Great experience

Knowledgeable and friendly with a real interest in helping you recover outside of the session as well. Overall seeing him really helped reduce a constant soreness and tightness in my shoulder from an injury. Thank you, Jonathan!

Good suggestions about what to do to continue with loosing up an area after an athletic injury. Also, the injured body part feels so much better after appointment.
