Jon did great job putting me at ease

Jonathan was incredible. He took great care to listen to my descriptions of my issues and to talk me through the treatment as he worked. Afterward, he showed me (with an awesome app on his iPad) the exact muscles he worked and gave me suggestions for exercises I can do at home and at the gym to improve my strength and mobility. I'm looking forward to going back to get more work done.

Jonathan really knew his stuff..and was able to communicate clearly about what he found during the massage and how I could manage my pain and stiffness at home. Also, good follow up.

As a collegiate athlete who has received several massages and athletic training treatments; this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Jonathan went above and beyond to make my experience personalized to maximize results. He explained why he was choosing certain approaches and even provided suggestions after my massage using a foam roller to create a preventive routine. After my treatment, Jonathan sent a follow up email with further suggestions and helpful videos.

Jonathan crushed it - refreshing to have someone very knowledgeable to give some education throughout the massage, and find and focus on the trouble spots. Clearly a well executed sports massage. Good welcoming and instruction on getting set-up in the room. Appreciate the follow-up as well.
