Central Oregon and the city of Bend provided year round adventures to keep them both active and outdoors.

Jonathan grew up on the coast of Maine and enjoys all activities involving water. A captain, boatbuilder, fly fisherman, and surfer, he appreciates living in Camden where the ocean, lakes, and rivers are just minutes away. His positive energy and enthusiasm are just a few of the qualities that express his contagious love of life.

REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

Jonathan not only is able to locate and help to loosen tight muscles but is so generous with his knowledge and information on how to work on problem areas at home!

Jonathan is amiable, professional, and clearly very present to his work. The space is comfortable and welcoming. Likewise, I am grateful for his "departing gift" of physical tools/balls to continue working the areas he focused on. Having had a LOT of massages over the years, though, because of chronic issues, I know there are ways to move some of the inner soft tissue that didn't happen this time. That said, I will go back, and probably will be more vocal with him about where and how some aspects could be just that bit better. It WAS very good, just not THE best.

Lots of massage options out there, but these guys crush it! More focused and dialed into needs of body, especially for busy gym + desk bodies.

Jon is so knowledgable and was extremely helpful with making me understand the cause of the issue I have been having.

Jonathan was thorough, had taken the time to read my pre-appt. information and was prepared with questions and a plan to address my specific concerns. He is knowledgable of the muscular & skeletal system. He showed me on a visual app at the end of my appt. the particular muscles that were troublesome, what motions and activities might further aggrevate them, then provided me instructions and exercises for healing. Thank you!

I felt relaxed as I left my massage. I'm using the small ball for rolling hips and legs.I did see a neurologist last week, and have another appointment with him next month. I'll fill you in the next time I schedule a massage with you. Thankyou! Enjoy these beautiful Fall days. Perry

Jonathan saw me when I was on vacation and in a substantial amount of pain, and the whole experience was great. I'm sure that it's never easy to see a client for the first time in this situation, but Jonathan carefully worked through my history. He asked many questions, proposed ideas and directions for my massage, and made clear when/where he wanted feedback. I felt very comfortable throughout because he paid close attention and focused on how to ease my pain. At the end, he carefully reviewed what he'd seen and felt in my body, and made several suggestions for continuing care that I could do by myself. I felt better in the days following, and I got some new information that's been very useful in my own exercise and stretching practices. Thanks!
