There they learned Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, orthopedic assessment and treatment, and various other clinical massage techniques to treat chronic pain, injuries, and sports conditions. Among their instructors was a six-time top 100 finisher at Ironman's world championship race, a martial arts sensei, and one of the world's top female rock climbers. Central Oregon and the city of Bend provided year round adventures to keep them both active and outdoors.

Jessica has also been making and selling art for more than 20 years. Her education at the Cooper Union combined with her love of outdoor activity has led her to paint people adventuring through the landscape and expressing their kinesthetic intelligence. Her love of sport and her eye for color can be seen at www.jessicaleeives.com.

Jessica was so great at her skill and also made it a very insightful experience. She explained to me what could be the source of tightness and soreness in certain areas based on what I do regularly as an athlete. It has helped me be more conscious of my own practices with health and wellness. Thank you, Jess!!

Great overall experience! Studio is very clean, brief discussion beforehand helped get the session targeted. Liked the chatter during the massage about the muscle groups.

Jess was wonderful! Teaching me about how to take care of my muscles and giving a massage ball to work on myself at home. I learned a lot and will definitely be back!
