There they learned Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, orthopedic assessment and treatment, and various other clinical massage techniques to treat chronic pain, injuries, and sports conditions. Among their instructors was a six-time top 100 finisher at Ironman's world championship race, a martial arts sensei, and one of the world's top female rock climbers. Central Oregon and the city of Bend provided year round adventures to keep them both active and outdoors.

Jessica has also been making and selling art for more than 20 years. Her education at the Cooper Union combined with her love of outdoor activity has led her to paint people adventuring through the landscape and expressing their kinesthetic intelligence. Her love of sport and her eye for color can be seen at www.jessicaleeives.com.

Great massage overall. The tight, tense muscles in my shoulders feel more relaxed, and I really appreciated the extra tips on what stretches and exercises to do at home.

Wonderful! Jessica was great and really took the time to ask questions and listen. So helpful working out, what has been, chronic issues. Also she gave me lots of information on things I can do daily to help myself.
