     Heidi graduated in the holistic massage therapy program from Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine, May 2014.  The program was described as "a highly transformational program particularly suited for people to awaken and use their intuition as well as increase their understanding of the whole person."  The program provided education in holistic massage with the foundation of therapeutic massage.

     Heidi graduated in the holistic massage therapy program from Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine, May 2014.  The program was described as "a highly transformational program particularly suited for people to awaken and use their intuition as well as increase their understanding of the whole person."  The program provided education in holistic massage with the foundation of therapeutic massage.  


     Using her listening skills as well as her intuition to provide a customized session is what Heidi does.  Relaxation or deep tissue massage  can have energy work mixed in with it if desired.  Heidi is a Reiki Master, Polarity Therapy Practioner and Shamanic Practitioner.  Sessions may be just massage, massage with energy work or just energy work.   Heidi also can provide sessions to oncology patients.  She took a 4-day intensive training on oncology massage therapy.  She can safely work within clinically established guidelines, given a client's unique circumstances safely.

Heidi is a wonderful massage therapist! She is kind, empathic, and very skilled at massage. She also does Reiki and essential oils during the massage, which is just a wonderful experience. I leave refreshed and calm.

Heidi is amazing! A super calming and gentle presence while also communicating clearly with regards to my body’s specifics as well as pressure! Prices are reasonable and she has several packages that involve energy work! I am new to the area and SO grateful to have found such a wonderful massage therapist so close by!
