I enjoy both Theraputic and Deep Tissue as they present me with the ability to soothe pain, promote relaxation, and help to facilitate the bodies natural ability to heal. I have experience working with patients who have been in auto accidents, severe neck and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, glute and sciatic pain, frozen shoulder, trigger point pain, and other muscular issues. I have worked in both a spa and chiropractic setting allowing me experience to be able to adapt my massages to fit my clients needs in order to help them achieve their goals. I recently took a warm bamboo class and hope to expand my services soon so that I can help a larger number of people.

In today's society we are constantly on the go and under stress and I enjoy being able to help people take some "me" time and lessen this burden on themselves allowing them to become a larger and more active parts of their own lives and the lives of those around them.
