I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I received my Bachelors of Arts from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA where I was first introduced to alternative health and wellness. In 2013 I received my Massage Therapy Certification at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork, an intensive 700 hour program lead by the renowned teacher Lee Joseph in Kauai, HI. I have worked doing massage from my home studio since July of 2013. I also spent a year working at the Camano Island Day Spa in 2017. I have experience in many different massage modalities including Structural Integration (Rolfing), Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish massage, and I have found my niche doing an effective form of bodywork called Connective Tissue Massage or CTT. Most of my work is a combination of all of these modalities. I enjoy continuing my education in the most current massage techniques. I always like to hold this question “how can I best help my clients today?” I have learned that our body and our emotional, spiritual and mental health are tied closely together. Creating relaxation in the body from the outside can positively affect ones health on the inside. When clients start to visit regularly, they have reported less muscle pain, and an increase of well being in all areas of their life.

Nina seems to be "tuned in" to intuitively know what is needed. I get one massage with her monthly on their membership. Every massage is a little different which I like. Highly recommend!
