"Together, we can strive to improve health and well-being, naturally."

Wanda’s interest in health and sciences started young. Growing up, she was introduced to different modalities of Chinese medicine whenever illness came on. The use of cupping, gua-sha (scraping) and Chinese herbs were very prominent to encourage healing. Wanda’s interest in health and sciences started young. Growing up, she was introduced to different modalities of Chinese medicine whenever illness came on. The use of cupping, gua-sha (scraping) and Chinese herbs were very prominent to encourage healing. Her interest in the field of holistic, alternative medicine continued when she was introduced to chiropractic and naturopathic medicine in grade school.  With an interest in biology and physiology, Wanda has completed her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences through the University of Calgary and continued on to complete a diploma in natural nutrition before embarking into the field of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture at the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

As a competitive dragon boat paddler, Wanda has developed a special interest in sports therapy and knows the importance of prevention, recovery, and injury rehabilitation. Although trained to address many conditions, she has experience with many musculo-skeletal cases, enjoys working with individuals pre/post-natal, including induction, and other gynecological issues. Anxiety, stress, headaches, immune support, and digestive issues are additional areas she enjoys helping with.

Wanda values her patients and their health and brings into her practice different modalities to provide the best care she can. This might include acupuncture, cupping, gua-sha (scraping), moxibustion, auricular therapy, diet therapy, and Chinese herbal formulas to promote and encourage healing and health.

Painting, music, being outdoors, and spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and chihuahuas brings joy to her heart and mind.
