Throughout the years of her practice she has helped many clients though their unique wellness journey through providing a detailed assessment, massage therapy, and customized home care instruction for each client.
Monika helps her clients with a wide range of acute and chromic conditions. Some of theses conditions are, but are not limited to, lower back pain, shoulder issues, head aches, TMJ dysfunction, range of motion restriction, fibromyalgia and multiple sclenosis symptoms.
Through the years Monika has studied numerous additional techniques and modalities such as Myofascial Release (MFR-John Burns), Trigger Point treatment, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), glass and silicon cupping, Inter oral and external Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) techniques. Each used to help maximize the effects of the visit and specific to the situation.
Monika is passionate about empowering her clients with knowledge of how the muscular system works, how our daily activities impact our muscles and posture. Giving out appropriate home care instruction of hydrotherapy, stretches and strengthening exercises helps to maximize the result of each visit.
