Kristine’s Deep tissue massage technique is very effective in managing my muscle and tendon pain

What would I tell a friend? Well firstoff, DON'T INJURE YOUR STUPID SHOULDER... It sucks!!! Second, CALL KRISTINE. She'll hurt ya bad for an hour BUT... fix ya good forever. She reeaally knows her stuff. She's especially good for athletic and sports injuries. Don't blow hundreds of dollars on treatments visiting someone else for months. IF YOU HAVE A MUSCLE INJURY, go see Kristine and ACTUALLY GET FIXED. On a personal note, Kristine is great. She'll engage you into funny and interesting conversation (weightlifting, skiing, motorcycles... whatever it takes) to get your mind off the fact her thumbs and elbows are agonizingly shoved 2 inches deep into your nerves and muscle tissue. That's a talent on it's own. I was referred to Kristine by my wife. After finally giving in to her "encouraging" words to go get fixed, she made me an appointment for me to see Kristine. I finally went; reluctantly and with low expectations. Man was I wrong. It worked. (Guess she's right ... again). John Sostar

This was my first session and I was made to feel comfortable from the start, not an issue at all that this is home-based. The space is warm and inviting, and clearly offering professional services. The massage was just what I needed, and I am looking forward to experiencing the many other therapies and services offered.
