Have a pain that goes down your upper arm? -- There's a chance its a trigger point located elsewhere.
Numbness and tingling in your fingers? -- Which fingers? Different fingers mean different nerves. Which also means the nerve can be pinched in a single, or multiple locations.
Have your hips been bothering you? -- Lets check your feet. Sometimes there can be compensation that starts at your feet, and can even go up to effect your neck.
Do you have Low Back Pain? -- Multiple sites can be effected, but can usually be blamed on Piriformis because of its misfunction when its hypertonic (tight).
