I graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in March 2015 and received my certification from the CMTO in September 2015.

In addition to adding registered massage therapy to my skills, I have been a practicing professional engineer for fifteen years.  Critical thinking in this career has helped me develop my assessment skills to narrow down the condition which my clients present with to a very specific clinical impression.  This has allowed me to focus on the structures and tissues which are involved and provide more effective treatments for my clients.

During the course of my life, I have spent a great deal of time in the outdoors, for example, camping, hiking and canoeing which has brought me an appreciation with nature and the natural environment.  In addition, I have also spent a great deal of time in athletic pursuits, such as competing in triathlons, weight training and ice hockey.  My understanding of athletics and fitness allows me to also incorporate this knowledge into the treatment plans and ongoing treatment with my clients.
