As Sandy said, we finally got beyond pain management to deal with some of the underlying causes. As always, she found knots and tension that I didn't even know I had, and most of those were greatly diminished or removed altogether. Also, the 90 minutes goes by very quickly, and it just so happens that I have more than 90 minutes' worth of stuff to work on, so I will be returning soon for another tune-up.

I liked her suggestions for stretching my muscles. Felt comfortable in telling her if something was too much. Didn't realize how tight my muscles were. Thanks Sandy.
