After 20 years of pain, doctors, yoga, and more... I finally had to go under the knife and get a Lumbar Microdiscectomy for L4/L5. During my recovery I found Myofascial Stretching and ELDOAs, these two modalities paired with my 10+ years of massage therapy and bodywork, I was able to function with more movement and ability than before.
