After practicing for years in North Carolina, I was licensed in the state of Washington in 1998. I Started my Journey in Massage in my 20’s while living in Western Washington. I was drawn to natural remedies to help the body recover from working out, stress and life. This has set me on a lifelong journey of working with some the of the best practitioners in the world to learn different modalities and hands on skills. Upon returning to Washington, I started my own Massage School and Day Spas then had the true opportunity of sharing the power of touch with my students and clients. Now my focusing on wellness for the body and Mind. 

My studio is called the “Mind Escape”, A place where you can escape the world and allow both your mind/body to relax in a safe and healing atmosphere.
