Hello, my name is Rebecca Moore! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Idaho and have been practicing since 2013. Along with my friend and colleague Evey, a Certified Reflexologist/Nail Tech, we have opened our own studio located in beautiful downtown CDA. Together we have created a safe and professional space for acceptance, non judgment, appreciation, compassion, respect, love, relaxing and healing.

I am a Nationally Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist since 2013. I graduated from American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho in Dec 2013.   I also have a Bachelor's of Science degree from Boise State and an Associates from Idaho State.

When I wasn't sure the next step to take in my life, I was led to massage. Born and raised in Boise, I moved to CDA for massage school and it was the best decision of my life. I found myself and my love for healing.  I have a great passion for Massage Therapy and its healing benefits. Healing others has helped me heal myself and I give my heart in helping my clients improve overall health mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually

I am trained and specialize in Swedish relaxation massage, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. I also believe in Reflexology, and although I am not licensed I do have extensive training. Always expanding and broadening my knowledge so I can give you, my clients, the best and most up to date massage treatments. I am very interested in learning more about Cupping and CranioSacral Therapy.

I have worked in both the spa and medical settings, and have taken both into my practice. Taking a little bit from all of my training and work experiences, I have incorporated techniques that work best for me. As strong as my hands, they can be gentle too. My focus ranges from Deep Tissue, to auto injury, to enhancing an athletes performance, to managing daily aches and pains, to relaxing. To Relax, quiet the mind and reconnect with your own body is so important! Only then does the healing begin.

When I'm not massaging you can find me out on a hiking trail or at a concert.  My two favorite things to do with my sidekick puppy Izzy and my Fiance Mike. I love life and try to enjoy every moment.

There is no better feeling than at the end of a massage, when my client is glowing from the inside out and surrounded by positive energy. Massage is my true calling and I'm so excited to share my gift with you.
