I love bodywork therapies. I love to get results. I don't like to cause pain.
I have focused my education to learning therapies that will work with your body to promote optimal health, rather than providing aggressive therapies that force the body to comply. These therapies are kind to your body and mine while getting you the best results in the shortest amount of time, based on what your body communicates.
Most of what I do is goal-based, integrated work. I utilize the techniques I have learned and continue to learn to communicate with your body and relieve primary restrictions.
I also offer relaxation massage, including pre- and post-natal massage, infant massage and parent education on infant massage.
I am periodically available to provide chair massage at your place of business or at events such as: athletic events, blood drives, charities/benefits, and fundraisers.

In addition to manual bodywork therapies, I also offer detoxification sessions with the Ion Cleanse Detox foot bath - great for feet and hands! This unit uses ionic attraction and diffusion to neutralize free radicals and remove cellular debris from your body. The results are truly amazing. I use the Ion Cleanse myself every week for my hands and feet. I find a great benefit to detoxing my hands especially - I feel that it makes them much more sensitive and responsive to my clients and my environment. I also have been struggling with mold toxicity and Lyme disease (chronic and acute infections) and this unit has been invaluable to me and my business while I detoxify and deal with otherwise debilitating symptoms.

With effective therapies such as Lymph Drainage Therapy and Visceral Manipulation available to us, we are able to improve many conditions that perhaps we never dreamed we could find relief from. These therapies have really opened a door to a whole new world for me (and my clients!). With these extremely beneficial therapies, we are able to find relief from many conditions, from tight, knotted muscles to frozen shoulders, to numb or tingly hands, to compressed vessels and nerves, to chronic back or neck pain to digestive dysfunctions and various edemas!
