Kristen Long had always known as a young child that she wanted to help people. The passion Kristen has for massage started with her family. Massage became a trend in her household, when someone needed a back rub, Kristen was the one to go to.
In 2008, Kristen started her education at Cape Cod Community College. Life would always seem to challenge her, but with strength and determination she continued.

In 2008, Kristen started her education at Cape Cod Community College. Life would always seem to challenge her, but with strength and determination she continued.
In 2012, Kristen was blessed with a beautiful baby boy, Dorian. With becoming a new mom, she pushed on and found the power within to finally graduate with her Certificate in Massage. Kristen was licensed by the state of Massachusetts in 2014. Kristen has now been blessed with 2 more beautiful kids, Thomas and Zakiya.
Within Wellness Massage was started in 2015 and it is the beginning of Kristen's dreams.
As a hard working mother, her ultimate goal is to help all of those who are around her.
