Amy Lowney of Ripple Massage and Wellness offers massage therapy, reiki, yoga, and essential oils to help individuals achieve natural health and wellness. Treatments are built to your individual mental, physical, and spiritual needs, creating a specific treatment plan completely tailored to you and your specific needs. Amy will soon be offering Prenatal yoga classes, Postnatal baby and me classes, Prenatal specialty massage, and childbirth education classes.
Ripple Massage and Wellness was established in July of 2019 by Amy Lowney, Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse. In 2018 Amy experienced first hand how taking one single step towards health and wellness to improve her mental and physical being had far reaching effects, not only allowing her to live life to its’ fullest potential, but also inspiring, encouraging, and affecting the many people around her, including her children, family, friends, and community.
Amy is dedicated to helping individuals in her community heal from physical and/or mental suffering. When you are able to feel your best, you are able to show up in life the way you have always wanted to, reaching your goals and dreams, and living a life less hindered by pain and suffering. Just as when a pebble hits the water and the ripples effortlessly radiate outwards, effecting everything in its path, when you take one small step towards your health and wellness, you will quickly notice how that one step can affect and inspire many others around you, including your community.
