Graduated in April 2000 from RMT school at The Alexadrian Institute in Hamilton, ON where I started practicing alongside a chiropractor and building a home based business. Craving more experience and a thirst for travel, I took the opportunity to work at Willow Stream Spa in Banff, AB. This is where I began extending my practice into more expansive modalities like Yoga Thai Massage.

Over half of my career as an RMT has been as an Owner/Operator of a successful mobile practice in Calgary and Kelowna. Through the study and practice of Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation of the Abdomen, I've gained knowledge to help people in a gentle yet effective way. Using all the skills learned, I'm able to aid in the progress of peoples’ healing process. I find it very rewarding when my patients gain mobility, reduce pain and feel relaxed after a treatment. Although I treat with gentle care, I'm able to adapt to doing deep tissue work. By listening to people's goals I enjoy working with and adapting techniques to suit what's comfortable for them. Recently I've been gaining more knowledge about how Trauma affects the body and how through massage it can be released.

In my spare time I enjoy being in nature and meditating, practicing Taoist Tai Chi. Dance/stretch workouts and hiking are my favorite activities. Spending time with loved ones keeps me balanced and whole.
