I am fascinated with the interconnectedness and integrity of the body and the body/mind/spirit relationship. I want to help relax, rejuvenate, rehabilitate and educate you on how to have the quality of life you deserve with the least amount of stress, tension or pain as possible through massage therapy. I gain a deep satisfaction and gratification of being a catalyst in your journey to vital health and wellness.

I am endlessly exploring and learning new modalities to use in my practice in order to help each person achieve their goals. I use a holistic approach in each unique and individualized session integrating massage technique that include lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep and gentle tissue massage, stretch and breath techniques, Swedish and Lomi Lomi style massage. I look forward to working with you.
