My name is Foyht Fraise. I grew up in Southeast Iowa. I graduated from the Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2020, where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I have sense taken classes to help with Neuromuscular Therapy, as well as Cupping courses.
This allows me to help with some of the deeper muscular problems, and pain relief.
I look forward to helping my clients relax and regain functionality in their muscles.

Foyht is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. After 4 years, he still takes a few minutes before starting to ask how I’m doing, if there’s any particular area I’d like him to focus on. Always completely professional and personable!!

I would like to recommend this wonderful masseur. After the first massage session, the pain in my neck and between my shoulder blades disappeared. I felt light and my bones loosened up, he relieved the tension in my muscles.

At my first 90-minute session with Foyht, it was clear that he had reviewed and was knowledgeable about the extensive information in my introductory questionnaire, as he was well-prepared to address my body's idiosyncrasies. Despite the many complex physical issues that this seventy-year-old has accumulated, Foyht approached me in a thoughtful, patient, insightful, practical, and effective way throughout the therapy. His kind disposition made the experience all the more interesting and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Foyht - he's the best I have found in the region.
